Eight logo directions, now in three color stories
You asked to see a different color scheme too — so on top of the six black-and-orange directions, here are two brand-new concepts (07 & 08) in entirely different palettes: a cool navy & chrome-silver and a collegiate crimson & cream. That’s eight total to compare, each shown on dark, on light, on its own accent, as a horizontal lockup, and at favicon size.
These are drafts for review only — nothing on your live site or favicon has changed yet. Text back the number of the concept you like (1–8) and any tweaks, and we’ll finalize it.
Bold & Modern
A heavy, geometric basketball inside a black tile with a hot orange-to-flame gradient and a condensed all-caps wordmark. Energetic and athletic — reads instantly on a jersey or an app icon.
Classic & Traditional
A timeless circular crest — “Get The Call Right” arced over a basketball with a serif GTCR, framed by a cream ring. Feels official and established, like a governing body or a varsity badge.
The Whistle
The single most recognizable symbol of officiating — a referee's whistle in the orange gradient, mid-tweet with sound bursts. Instantly says “ref” before a single word is read.
Referee Stripes Shield
A varsity shield wearing the iconic black-and-white ref-jersey stripes, an orange basketball at the crest and GTCR stamped on a banner. Team-issued, athletic-department energy.
Monogram Wordmark
Type-forward and clean — a heavy “GTCR” with a basketball dotting the mark and an orange underscore driving the eye. The most modern, scales down beautifully to hats, cards, and app icons.
The Signal
A referee's directional signal — an orange chevron pointing the call, with the basketball as its pivot, set in a black roundel. Confident, in-the-moment, and unlike anything else out there.
Steel Court
A whole new color story — deep midnight navy with a brushed chrome-silver basketball and an ice-blue edge light. Cool, broadcast-grade and authoritative, like a league or a sports network.
Center Court
The second new scheme — collegiate crimson and cream on charcoal with a warm-gold tick. Timeless athletic-department energy that feels varsity and premium without leaning on orange.
