How to use it
Print one per court per day. Write the event and the court number in the two lines at the top, then fill in each game as you assign it — who is on the table and who has the whistle, with a line for anything the crew needs to know.
This is the blank master — for a specific event, a set is built with the event name, location and date already printed and a page per court. Just say the word and it gets made.

How to use the set
Print all 4 pages. Hand page one to the table on Court 1, page two to Court 2, and so on. The court number and the date are already on every page, so just write the event in the wide Event line if you need to, sign your name at the top, and fill in each game as you assign it.

K-Sports, four ready pages
The set for October 24th at K-Sports in Manassas, VA: four courts, one page each, with the event name, the venue and the date already printed at the top of every page. The page now reads, top to bottom: the GTCR crest, the title, the event name with the venue under it, the large pre-filled Court #, the printed date, then “Please Print Your Name” above the orange rule and the table. There is no blank Event field on any page — the event is printed above it, so that empty rule is gone and the space went into the form: 16 blank rows per court instead of 15. How to use the set
Print all 4 pages. Hand page one to the table on Court 1, page two to Court 2, and so on. The event, the venue, the court number and the date are already on every page — so there is nothing to write in at the top, and every row of the table is free for a game.
